About Wava

WHO WE ARE

The West African Vehicle Academy (WAVA) started in summer 2020 offering technical training for automotive technicians at their main facility in Accra, Graphic Road.
WAVA provides state-of-the-art technical training across different vehicle manufacturers in order to develop in-depth system knowledge and the skills required to successfully master the challenges of modern automotive technology.
WAVA is a partnership between Rana Motors, Robert Bosch Ghana, and the GIZ (a German public enterprise implementing technical cooperation projects on behalf of the German Government)
WAVA trains technical staff of the Rana Motors Service Network, technicians of the Bosch Service Network, and trainers and instructors from public and private technical schools and universities.

What We Offer

Classroom Tuition

We offer you a theory session within our week of training. The practical session follows with ultramodern tools and equipment.

Practical Sessions

What makes WAVA unique is the extensive practical exposure of our trainees. Approximately 50 percent of the training courses happen at the workshop. The trainees work in small groups using sophisticated diagnostics equipment at the state-of-the-art facility.
